The Challenge
Concept Logistics has run as a freight brokerage since 1988, but its digital presence needed to reflect what actually differentiates the business today: a technology-backed partnership model spanning truckload, LTL and international ocean/air forwarding, not just a list of services.
Our Strategy & Solution
We positioned the site around the partnership and data story Concept tells its shippers — dedicated lane strategy versus spot-market flexibility, monthly and quarterly performance reviews, and full shipment visibility through their TMS — with dedicated product pages for truckload, LTL and international forwarding so a prospective shipper can find the specific service that matches their freight profile.
Technical Execution
Built on WordPress with a content structure organized by freight product, the site gives Concept’s sales team a clear page to send prospects depending on whether they need dedicated capacity, spot-market coverage or ocean/air forwarding support.
The Results
The restructured site gives Concept Logistics a way to communicate its 35+ years of freight brokerage experience and its modern TMS-driven approach in the same place, supporting both new shipper acquisition and carrier partner recruitment.
