The Challenge
Bend Quality Maintenance (BQM) has been a family-run, owner-operated cleaning company in Central Oregon for over 35 years, but its list of services had grown well beyond house cleaning to include commercial cleaning, construction cleanup, Airbnb turnovers, VCT floor stripping and waxing, junk removal, lawn mowing and vacation home watch. The site needed to organize all of that without burying the owner-operated, no-franchise story that keeps clients loyal.
Our Strategy & Solution
We built a clear service grid covering every offering — house cleaning, commercial cleaning, construction cleaning, move in/move out, Airbnb & vacation rentals, VCT floor care, window cleaning, junk removal, lawn mowing and vacation home watch — while keeping the "owners Joey and Steve still answer the phone" story front and center as the trust signal that separates BQM from national franchise competitors.
Technical Execution
Built on WordPress with an instant-quote request flow and dedicated pages per service and per town (Bend, Redmond, Sisters, Sunriver, La Pine, Prineville), the structure supports both individual homeowners and recurring commercial and vacation-rental management clients.
The Results
The expanded service structure lets BQM capture leads across its full range of offerings — not just standard house cleaning — while reinforcing the locally-owned positioning that has kept the business growing for over three decades.
