The Challenge
Aspen Restoration works two closely related but distinct lines of business: planned construction projects (extensions, kitchens, bathrooms) and emergency damage restoration as an approved panel contractor for major UK insurers. The site needed to speak to both a homeowner planning a renovation and a distressed property owner who just had a fire or flood, without either message diluting the other.
Our Strategy & Solution
We separated the two journeys clearly: a construction-focused path covering extensions, kitchens, bathrooms and full renovations, and a restoration-focused path covering fire, flood, mould, contents restoration and specialist cleaning, with insurer-approval credentials surfaced prominently for the latter. Testimonials from both types of client reinforce trust at the point each visitor needs it most.
Technical Execution
The site was built on WordPress with Elementor, structured so the specialist and building-services sections (contents restoration and storage, odour elimination, mould removal, extensions, kitchens and bathrooms) can each stand alone as a landing page for insurer referrals or direct enquiries.
The Results
Aspen Restoration now has a site that can serve an insurance loss adjuster routing an emergency job just as effectively as a homeowner researching a kitchen extension, reflecting the dual nature of the business.
