Pocono Getaway needed more than a brochure website — they needed a working booking engine that could manage availability across multiple luxury cabin properties.

Generic booking plugins struggled to handle the property-specific pricing rules and seasonal availability the client required.

Our Approach

We implemented a WordPress-based booking engine with a custom reservation system layered on top of WooCommerce, giving the client fine-grained control over pricing, availability calendars, and guest communication.

Results

Guests can now browse, check availability, and book directly online, reducing the back-and-forth email booking process the client relied on previously.
