The Challenge

Off-the-shelf e-commerce platforms could not handle per-unit warranty tracking or the detailed condition grading used laptops require. Mr. Tech needed something purpose-built.

Our Approach

We built a custom Laravel application with Livewire and Alpine.js for a fast, reactive admin experience, backed by MySQL for reliable inventory tracking. The admin dashboard gives staff full visibility into stock, warranty status, and order history in real time.

Results

The platform now handles the full sales lifecycle — from listing to warranty claims — with a feature-rich dashboard that has significantly reduced manual tracking overhead.
